Dr. Jack Schwartz has been providing high quality eye care to families in Toms River since 1978. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Temple University In Philadelphia and then graduated with an OD degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1974.

Dr. Schwartz is a member of the American Optometric Association and the New Jersey Optometric Association.
